Trust me when I say, "there are no stupid questions", especially when you're buying a vehicle! Our sales staff knows that buying a vehicle can be such a big decision, and that is why we strive to be prepared to answer any and all of your questions. We want our customers to be completely satisfied through out the entire vehicle buying process, and that is why I wanted to answer a few of them in this article.

"What's your bottom dollar?" 

Everybody wants to receive the best deal possible when buying a vehicle, so naturally, "what's your bottom dollar?" is a frequently asked question at Hastings Ford Lincoln. The answer is that our bottom dollar is always the price you see on all of our vehicles, online or on our lot. We are a Best Price store which means that we price our vehicles at the lowest price up front. No gimmicks, no hassle, just honest pricing.

"Is this all your inventory?"

The answer is simple: No! We are always getting new trade ins, some we haven't got out of detail or service yet. It is always a good idea to just ask a sales consultant about the vehicles you're interested in, even if it doesn't seem we have that particular vehicle. 

"How do you get paid?"

Our sales consultants are paid by the satisfaction of their customers, not by the sale of the vehicle. When you come to Hastings Ford Lincoln to buy a vehicle, our main goal is to make sure all your needs are being met and that you can leave our store happy. We don't care what kind of vehicle you bought, as long as you feel you've been helped in an effective and successful way, we have met our goal. 

"How much is my trade worth?"

When you and your sales consultant are ready to talk about your trade, a trade evaluation manager will ask you about your vehicle. This is your opportunity to talk about all the good features your vehicle has. The trade evaluation manager will then ask you to go on a short drive with your vehicle to get a better idea of your vehicles worth. The manager will then research with other evaluation experts to get the best possible price for you trade. It's really a quick and easy process! 

"How does a lease work?"

A lease is a contract to use a vehicle for a specified period of time for a monthly payment. There are many benefits to leasing a vehicle, for example, lower monthly payments and a lower initial cost for the vehicle. We would be so glad to go over all of the leasing process with you and to answer more of your in depth questions about how leasing could be an option for you.
